Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, final sale products, and free samples are non-returnable unless defective.

Initiating a Return

To start a return:

Email us at wong@wingedsirenny.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We will respond with instructions, including the return address and any additional details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
