Improved rods for flex flags and wings

Most flex flags and wings are oversized with their long rods inside. Their packages are too long and not compatible with the fast and stable mainstream shipping methods. Therefore, customers may have to wait a very long time to receive them.
To improve this situation, we have redesigned the rods of these oversized products and made them more shipping-friendly, so that customers can receive their orders much faster through better shipping methods.

*The following pictures and videos are examples of how to assemble a flex flag with a thin rod. It works the same way for wings that have thicker poles.

Instead of a solid piece of rod, the customer will receive 2 segments of rod. Put the rod together, insert it into the flag/wing and the installation is done. It takes only 2 minutes.

The 2-segment rods also have good strength and flexibility.

With a spring inside, the rod is elastic. Therefore, inserting and removing the rods is easy. The rod adjusts itself to the pocket of the flag, so that the flag can fully unfold.
